Choose the right first call

Source repair and water mitigation are different jobs.

Share Restoration does not advertise plumbing source repair. A properly qualified plumber diagnoses and repairs the pipe, fixture, drain, supply line, water heater, or plumbing system. Share addresses water that escaped into floors, walls, ceilings, cabinets, insulation, carpet, wood, and adjoining rooms.

Source repair

Call the appropriate trade

If water is still flowing from a plumbing source, shut it off when safe and contact a properly qualified plumber. Roof, appliance, and HVAC failures also stay with the appropriate source-repair trade.

Water mitigation

Call Share when materials are wet

Share evaluates standing water, extraction, structural drying, sewage cleanup, affected materials, moisture checks, photos, and mitigation documentation within the DFW service area.

Some losses need both calls at once.

The source-repair company keeps its customer and repair scope. Share contacts the customer, resident, tenant, owner, or property manager only after that person or an authorized property contact permits the handoff.

Call Share when

  • Water has spread beyond the failed component into building materials.
  • Standing or contaminated water requires more than ordinary cleaning.
  • The property contact wants to discuss extraction, drying, sewage cleanup, or documentation.
